John…real question. Armed robber is packing pistols in his bag with his gun under his arm. I draw and put him down by shooting him in the back (he is facing the gun cabinet so you can't hit him anywhere else). How do you see that going down in court? In NJ I see the jury making him the victim and me being the villain.

Texas is NOT carry friendly. MANY places post signs stating the TEN YEAR in prison possibility if convicted of the FELONY.
Businesses ought to be able to post whatever sign they want ("Don't carry chipmunks in pockets" is fine by me). And if anyone is asked to leave private property for ANY reason, they need to or be charged with trespassing. But to threaten people with extreme punishment by the GOVERNMENT on behalf of an establishment's preferred type of people, is ridiculous, discriminatory, unequal, and unconstitutional. And police dogs trained to detect firearms ARE used at these "no guns allowed" places in Texas. Not sure how that would work out with the 4th Amendment, but you probably don't want to be a test case unless you're very rich and don't mind being in a cell.
if everyone in the world had a gun, this channel would have videos of robbers winning gunfights, people getting hit by crossfire, shooters being outnumbered, im not gonna go on but if you think i couldnt… i feel sorry

Rather than carrying guns, you would have better chance of survival if you carry common sense and use it at all times. Most of your videos support the fact that common sense is not a popular strategy and no longer a reflexive technique. Modern day living requires you to be on high alert at all times, especially after sundown, not crouched with head down on you cell phone.
