Question for you John- once the employee grabs the gun but doesn't shoot immediately, would it be justified to shoot later on while he's reaching for his waist to grab something else? Could be reasonable to think he's reaching for another gun or some other deadly weapon
My question is, let's say I take the robber's gun and point it at him, just like she did. If that guy tried to advance toward her in a possible attempt to take back the gun, could legally shoot him?
All right folks.. all you cryptid hunters.. you're about to see zombies all over the world with this new vaccine.. in fact this new vaccine might turn some people into monsters.. they're injecting a phenomenon under neath the skin that is literally going to restructure the genes of the body.. get ready the world as we know it is about to change..
im not "allowed" to carry at work, but the entire point of concealed carry is that its concealed and nobody knows. of course, if there comes a day i have to use it, i will IMMEDIATELY be fired, but id rather go looking for another job than dead.
But John if he sprayed them with spray he would be able to retrieve the gun then they’re back in danger, so don’t you think the minute he pulled out something that would hinder their eyesight then shooting him would be justifiable? Also he pulled out a spray, he might have pulled out another lethal weapon. I agree that emptying the gun if you don’t want to use it makes sense but only if you’re sure the perpetrator doesn’t have other weapons on him which is hard to determine.
Funny. I Was checking fire extinguisher locations at work the other day because that would be my best chance to stop an active shooter or someone attacking with a knife. Not allowed weapons in my building but would be easy to bring in. You can use a extinguisher as a club or as a chance to spray and confuse to close distance.

Lightly dusted cell phones and accessories 15% off…….
Why "Steals" in the title? He disarmed the fucker.
That lady was pulling the trigger. You can see the muzzle bouncing about.
Several seconds or not, if he doesn't run away, it's still a forcible felony in progress…
I watched the video but couldn’t process it because my brain is still wrapped about that title!
Let’s make it so no one can see, then start shooting!
Oh man, imagine the perp going out to get the AK…. duuude those people were lucky he wasn’t a murderer

We don't really celebrate Christmas in Russia.

All criminals should be put to sleep
At least he had a mask on, but doggone lucky that chick didn’t drop him like FAST!!!
Very different and odd title for sure
1:49 “And cost the store thousands of dollars worth of Property Damage”.
That fire extinguisher was epic! Lol
It may have been my ADHD, but it took me a minute to read understand the title for some reason lol
Does anyone go blind here?!
Now that’s the definition of 0 to 100 real quick
I think every store should have an automatic full blast fogging machine ready to go as soon as a perp comes in.

Last minute shopping- it’s a guy thing.
