HEY John the second video is from the Dominican Republic. The girl set up her boyfriend to kill him after winning a $3 Million lawsuit.

Eli Diaz says:

Paying attention in transitional space and more folks needabe CCW holders and get training all of these woulda ended different

Mark Fox says:

Should have let the dogs out.

Da S says:

7.38 he did not hit him, you can see where the bullet did hit on the glass

Alex Campbell says:

That last video is definitely from South afria

BSHumphreyii says:

Driveway robberies have become alarmingly common in Houston. I don't know any details about the one from this video, but there was a crew a couple years ago that would stake out the Louis Vuitton store at the Galleria mall, and follow customers home and rob them in their driveways in broad daylight.

Many of these robberies are happening in affluent, low-crime neighborhoods. Recently, an older couple were ambushed in the driveway of their home in a very affluent, gated golf course community in Houston. They were taken inside, possibly tortured, and ultimately murdered while their house was looted over two days.

Sadly, our own driveways have become "transitional spaces," and I keep my head on a swivel every time I pull into mine as a result. Also, I am thinking long and hard about whether and to what extent I will ever comply if I am ambushed in my driveway.

Dan P says:

At least the gas station robber left his gas can there with his finger prints on it. (It at least didnt look like he had gloves on)

Dick Gherkinstien says:

Situational awareness for fucks sake people

Alex Campbell says:

Guy at robbing the gas station is a dumbass he left the bottle with his finger prints

brandon2076 says:

3:35 was the perfect window to stomp on the gas and mow the first 2 guys down, and ram the rear part of the truck to flatten the guy still on the other side.

Roger Roomes says:

I don't think these situations could have been avoided. Maybe the last one, the guy could have drive off in that he obviously identified early that there was an issue, but they could have also shot him.

Chucky The Cow says:

Lol.. yes.

1) dont go to brazil

2) use your car as a tool and drive over them

3) dont trust black people

Matias Gutierrez says:

Don't be a victim is like don't be a theif guess shit just happens

MrEvokrazy says:

Second video is not from Brazil, is from Puerto Rico.

Nick M. says:

Paused to take my guesses before the breakdown.

Video 1: White car not paying attention. Why are the employees still hanging around after the crooks' attention was diverted.
Video 2: Girl should have went inside and not come back out. Also walk your woman to her door, don't just drop her at the gate.
Video 3: Comply, fight, or flee 100%. He made a weak attempt to make space, which got him shot. More time to react if he wasn't sitting with his back to the entrance.
Video 4: Don't walk into the guy blocking your path. Don't escalate if you choose to comply. It sure seems like criminals don't care that you can't carry in England. Funny how that works.
Video 5: Driver noticed the threat but froze for 6 seconds. That's an eternity in these situations. Make a choice and go all-in on it. Plenty of room behind the truck to get away.

Triple OG says:

I seen most of these victims could have just drove off if your PAYING ATTENTION

Adam Bein says:

1. Make sure the ppl u hang out with are more out of shape than u-so YOU can run and THEY can be caught.
2. Pay attn.
3. Anticipate an attack so at least u.won't be surprised.
4. Have burner wallets. Hand em over, the real wallet/cash is elsewhere.
5. Carry an exploding/fire cash bag. 2 minute timer activated when a pin on a string is pulled. Sure they get ur stuff but they catch on fire 2 minutes away.
6. Date thin hot chicks so that if u get robbed those of us who watch u on video don't remark at how large ur girlfriend is.
7. Drive a crappy car. Who's gonna rob ya if u look poorer than the bad guy?! No one!
8. NO one uses my patented 'Stop, drop, and Cry' compliance technique.
9. Be ready to climb a nearby tree or dive under a truck.
10. Don't date any woman u meet in a free healthcare clinic. Sure, she's easy, but she's there cuz she has a sexually transmitted disease. Just advice in general, not video related.
11. No muggers are Republicans. Every time they are Democrats.
12. When mugged, strip naked and immediately pee on ur stuff so ppl don't take it and no dude's getting anywhere NEAR a nake dude w/his wiener flapping in the breeze.
13. Your car is a weapon. Run into, over, and around ppl. Kill them. Get away.

P. w. S. says:

1. Pay attention to your surroundings!

Ressurrectio says:

Yeah but John if you lock your car doors then how do you invite the perps inside to educate them why I dont lock my car doors..

Brumfield says:

First of all , whether legal or not, they should have been armed.

Austin Veitch says:

The third video, I’m no expert, but as soon as I see a truck stop in front of your drive way and multiple people come out of the vehicle, I’m locking doors and thinking about a way out, Possibly ramming assailants if possible. Also important for your tools to be accessible in your car

Caio Costa says:

Before watching your analysis…
1st video:
– I don't think there was much the clerks could do at the beginning.

– The people in the car definitely could have avoided that by paying more attention. Gas stations are pretty open, they could have seen those two robbing the clerks from a pretty good distance if they were paying attention. The lesson here: pay attention to the surroundings of where you're planning to go, specially to park your car or motorcycle.

– When the thieves changed their attention to the car, the clerks could have left the danger zone.
I'm pretty sure you'd recommend that, but I'm not sure if I'd be able to do so. I have some fear the thieves could think I'm going to call the cops os something like that and shoot me…

2nd video:
– Idk anything they could have done better, except that I think she should have gone inside asap.

3rd video:
– I guess he shouldn't run while they're pointing a gun at him. He should have waited for a better opportunity to go get his gun.

Dunno what they could have done differently in the two last videos.

Sherry Wyllie says:

Zero awareness. Look around and lock your doors!

Bradford D says:

Situational awareness!!!
