Wow John, I really think you got this one wrong brother. 1 you agree less lethal was not effective. Pcp is a reasonable possible explanation for the perps actions. 2 without having the opportunity to clear the suspect of weapons, the possibility of a second weapon or the suspect being a deadly threat due to contaminated thinking I think puts this shooting in the realm of reasonable. I can agree that it isn't black and white clearly justified, and should spend its time being tested against the law in court, but to say out and out it was A bad shoot is not correct.

The officer shooting his weapon needs some fkng training. The cross fire was extremely close.
