Nice video, British laws are way more different than the United States laws
here. In united States, you can have a gun in your house in case if a
rapist comes in. When I heard the baseball bat thing i was a bit shocked.
Here, you can have a gun to defend yourself, but in Britain, you cant have
a bat to hit a rapist? Weird, and shocking. I just learned new things. Keep
up the good work :)

I feel you missed a crucial part: You need witnesses or evidence. If it’s
just your word against the person you defended yourself from, both will be
guilty. I’ve been in this situation, the police advised me not to press
charges because I’d be in trouble too and I had to count myself lucky I won
the struggle and was able to call them. If the guy that threatened my life
and attacked me had insisted on pressing charges I would now have had a
criminal record.

Ninh Ly says:

This time I’m trying something a little different. I try and explain the
UK’s Laws on Self Defence (Self Defense) and how they can help or hinder
your chances of avoiding prosecution.
