Just think, if you give up your arms, what is to stop the US gov from going house to house, seizing all your assets and food and money and lining their own pockets with your hard earned property.

I've intentionally engaged in picking when I was otherwise forced to stay exposed in a gas station. I figure those who know what to look for know, and those who don't, don't. Keeping things normal until normal isn't possible — the very point of concealed carry. Dunno if it deterred any target-seekers, but me not knowing means nothing happened, so I'm okay with that.
I Actually carry a 642 but most cops are to stupid to know what that is I got pulled over for seatbelt the other day and the cop tried to tell me with a concieled in Florida I could not carry loaded I carry a 642 he stumbled like most liars gave me back my revolver un loaded then tried to tell me I can only load it if in danger I told him he needed to research and he drove away. No seatbelt ticket
