I wish these officers were local to me. It's easy to say call the cops and let them handle it, but a couple years ago there was a guy in my neighborhood doing the exact same thing, trying to get in cars and houses. I called the cops and it took them 40 minutes to show up. I printed an image from my security camera to give the officer when he asked me what the guy looked like, and he told me the guy is gone now so there's nothing they can do – like it was my fault the guy wasn't there anymore.
