i want a strider. i thought they went out of business? i protech strider collab can be found under $200 sometimes so i may go that route.

i still like waved knives myself. ive been switching between the cqc 4kxl and a waved endura lately. snaggletooth mf makes an adapter that replaces the thumbstuds for the recon 1 and i need a tanto in my collection. i may go that route

lets not forget knife fighter people who know how to use p'kal knives and karambits. i am not one of them

I'm going to start eating my pizzas with a knife

I'm from the philippines. The knife laws here are not well defined but most of us carry BALISONG. The blade length is about 4 inches. Those knives you have are expensive here. I edc a knock off STRIDER 313b and swiss army knife to open stubborn packages.

Nice knives!😁

I would rather fight with a cane; more reach.

K Stockman says:

Hey dude, I was wondering if you could do a video on oiling sharpening overall knife maintenance, if you could, that would be very helpful, thank you.

DashOut says:

Great video and good info. Never considered some of the things you said. I just always assumed my EDC knife would be my SHTF option but after thinking about the hand sliding I may have to reconsider.

Blu Crystl says:

BB, do you actually believe you are protecting American citizens from terrorists?
American brainwashing is second to none.
Now, about your video ……. laughable to say the least. I hope you come to some clearer idea of what constitutes a tactical knife before you ever need to use a folding knife for tactical purposes.
In your lineup only one deserves to be called a tactical folding knife and that is Cold Steel's Recon 1.
I do not have the entire day to enlighten you on the shortcomings of all the others so I will limit myself to one ….. Benchmade's Contego ….. a proclaimed (by Benchmade) "Tactical Masterpiece" 😂
It is all about your EXPECTATIONS …… personally, I would expect a Benchmade Contego to outperform a Cold Steel Kudu on spine whack and over-strike test. Most sadly 😔 , it does not.
The Cold Steel Kudu weighs 2.4 ounces, has no steel liners, and a locking mechanism that is hundreds of years old.
In the 4 features you mentioned reliability and the strength of lockup was not mentioned.
Here is a tip …… if YOU chop off your own fingers it may impair your ability to defend yourself.

Geno Burgess says:

Why no endura 4 it's 4 inch and gripy, oh oh I got the pm2 and the Kershaw cqc 6

toxic flipper says:

the pm2 is over 3.75 ounces. its something like 3.95 ounces. bladehq has the specs wrong. its not much of a difference tho

srg914 says:

Manix 2 xl, cold steel holdout 1. The holdout has a six inch blade but carries very well.

Mitchell Smith says:

Love the vid!! Keep it up
