looks like everyone missed range day!

@notinmyUSMC says:

I was hoping for a story book happy ending, i.e., thug takes ATM kiosk temperature challenge.

@tanako98 says:

Houston Brazil!!

@Despond says:

Let me guess, they have multiple felonies and the judges let them out every time. Let me guess, the company wanted to save money and have drivers do this alone so they can buy another house.

@mekeni24 says:

Aren't there normally two guys doing that, I wouldn't be doing that job alone.

@Keyrose223 says:

In my short stint at Brinks, they were looking to transition more to one man trucks instead of 2 man trucks. So whether it was to save money or due to cut backs I was NOT comfortable with the idea of watching my own back. Thankfully my head was always on a swivel and I lived by the “Southland” motto. Look sharp, act sharp, be sharp

Just learned in Jeopardy yesterday what an asp is..

@jagboy69 says:

The armored truck guy needs some more time on the range.

@chrisc5726 says:

Luckily the rats didn’t use AKs or other long rifle in this ambush.

@williambrown7203 says:

guard was shooting one handed

@MustPassTruck says:

I would not do that job without at least 2 people, both armed with rifles and backup pistols with red dot sights.

@vironpayne3405 says:

Perhaps bad actors a naturally ssys afraid of weather.

@raymondpowell6256 says:

John, you always say to have someone else call 911 for you if possible, but you also say that you should win the race to 911 that way they know you’re the good guy.

If someone else calls 911 for you, how will they know that you’re the “good guy” and had someone call?

@joesols8976 says:

In South Africa these are called cash in transit robberies and they occur multiple time every day. Looks like African style is coming to the US.

@koushinGLF says:

What happened to america, only 1 guard per armored truck? Shouldn't there be atleast 3 per truck?

@jeanlenmings4745 says:

Wow, it seems like everyone really needs to work on their marksmanship on demand. If you are seeing this comment, dryfire for 5 minutes dedicated to a specific skill. Work on your trigger pull at speed. Goal is to not disturb the sights and pull the trigger aggressively. Trigger does not need to reset, pull fast and do your best to keep your sights on target. If they aren't perfectly still, change something about how you're holding it and do it again!

@lewcrewoutdoors9993 says:

Mopes aren't waterproof 😮

@pompanounityproject6650 says:

You right about the weather.
Thinking of all the fihhts, chases, kidnappings, stabbings, brawls and all are from may to October in chicago and in Florida it’s always been bright n sunny.

@BadNewsBumbleBear says:

Rochester has a policy that there MUST be multiple guards per vehicle. Not sure about Brinks.

@3gunshooter60 says:

Get better training and use a gun that works for longer shots. Micro guns are almost useless in this scenario.

@DrB934 says:

There is no substitute for returning fire when under fire.

@mathematician1234 says:

John, I have been jogging for 40+ years. I have run over 100,000km, in big cities and small, in the US, UK, continental Europe, etc. With my feet on the ground, I see your miscreants on a regular basis, in ways that you might miss when zooming by in a car. Yes, you are 100% correct. They do not like bad weather. The only exception is low-level hooligans hurling snowballs and ice chunks at me in winter, but that's laughable.

@handsomjohn says:

They always put two guys on a truck. Why did this cheap ass company putting them in solo shifts?

@CMDRFandragon says:

Does that truck not have 2 guys? Or did the guard in the back just not get into it?

@DerekHaas-mq1rw says:

Poor decisions all around. From the arm guard company to the missed shots by the guard and the most dumb the half assed efforts by the 4 wannabe gangsters.

@therealemcee76 says:

why these folks risk their lives for a $20/hr paycheck guarding $100k-$1mil bag?

@ExoticVelcro13 says:

im sad they lived. if the guard wouldve been more accurate it also wouldve saved the lady from getting car jacked. heres a friendly reminder to go to the range everyone!

@KeithCindyPanama says:

Self defense mattters for families. Practice often.

@jmabs5096 says:

9mm PCC with a dot would be ideal for this armored car company.
