These are great guidelines and hints on what to do in a true realistic situation, handling real life scenarios in a way many non-martial artists can truly understand.
Well done, Gaby
Rokas, I hope you check out Naji Association in Helsinki to try out Bajiquan, even though I know you don’t like forms and are sceptical of traditional Chinese martial arts.
0:28 you climb on your attacker like that, and they're going to power bomb your ass, you're going to wake up in the lobby.
OC Spray can't be carried in a lot of countries. Some countries permit it, but only for use against animals, and using it on a person in a place where it is only permitted for animals is illegal, even if they're attacking you. Other countries permit it, but heavily restrict the size, spray distance, and potency.
Fantastic stuff. I got my girlfriend pepper spray when she went travelling in South America and she left it at her hostel most of the time or tucked away in her purse. I'm going to show her this video as a wake up call.

Would be great to see improvised weapons trainings: hairpin, keys, umbrellas. Things women would naturally carry with them
In the last male season a guy did that fall technique against knife attacker
