The shop owner didn't have the spray in his pocket because he could then be prosecuted for being in possession of an offensive weapon with intent to cause bodily harm, In theory he did the right thing by having it close by but not on his person, he may well face charges for using it anyway, but the charges will not be as serious as they would have been had he been carrying the spray. He may even be charged with assault on the other victim, In England if a burglar breaks into your home and you are in at the time, the only thing you can do is hide and call 999, If you defend yourself, your family or your property and use as much as a toothpick to do so, then you face charges. What a shite way to have to live.
the gun of a robber is real i think owner dead…..the store like that need a gun….good for self defens…if im become a robber i hope not happen… when i point the gun into the target i shot him in second….thats the only way for job wil done…
There is always going to be bad people, it is up to you and your tools and the law to protect the innocent and good people we all have a right to protect our self keep aware and know how to use your tools. Remember you are the 1st defender. The police show up 10 to 15 min later either to get your story or draw the chalk line.
