The only reason she was convicted is because she is a beautiful girl and the ugly black female jury and this post wall judge were jealous as hell of this fine young lady.
I’m not sure if I would’ve appealed & asked for a retrial. She should’ve just accepted the 5 years in jail, 5 years served on home confinement, and the remaining 10 years on probation! An appeal may not go in her favor if a new jury finds her guilty, then she will get a worse sentence….

I think the system failed her had they removed him from the home or took him to jail for violating his probation he would still be alive. I don’t think no one should take a life of another human. But no person should feel that harm will come to them or their children. I also think his mom failed him. If someone calls me to tell me my son is threatening them the mom knows her son and what he is capable of she should have came and removed her son from the house she failed her son . The police should have been held accountable for not separating them. I believed she loves him but loved herself and her kids more , praying for his family and her and her children 😔

Probation is a joke. Almost everyone violates it. All probation does is commands convicts to check in.

5 years for killing someone is wild, I know his family is infuriated smh men get longer prison sentences for selling drugs.
