Run away and deny them access to you while calling for someone else that also has a gun. The only time to fight someone if they have a gun and you don't is if they actually corner you, you cant run, and they are actively shooting at you as an extreme last resort. Our standard is to disengage when we see a firearm and to contact police.
you can tell he's not a real instructor when he grabs the gun like that. you'd have a better chance not getting shot in the head if you go from inside out pushing the gun away from you while grabbing it. and then you get shot. still a better move.
