Hitting the perp is one thing. Yes, the home owner made a good shot. It's a whole other matter to make an accurate shot while someone is shooting at you.
The skill level required to achieve this kind of proficiency (one-handed, no less) in the heat of an ambush is extraordinary. I'd love to think I'm at that level, but I'd be mistaken. Perhaps this was a lucky shot. Is that a projection or what? You needn't answer that.
I do believe I could make that shot not based solely on my marksmanship but on the fact that my EDC is a very accurate midsize handgun. Many peeps carry smaller/shorter barrel guns which make those longer shots much tougher.
The victim is a Military Police Major, and the fact happened in Curitiba, Brazil. The shot hit the robber's leg, that's what i've read.

I’ve crossed Brazil off my travel list so many times there is a hole in the paper where it was once written. 😵
This dumby tried to say “sometimes you cant see any blood or an entry wound” X IS STILL ALIVE DONT TRY TO PLAY THAT OFF
high level of marksmanship or a high level of luck?
When he's down, before the camera goes on, that when you stomp the ever loving shit out of his hands.
Ouch. Don't bring a gun to use on someone if you don't want to get shot.
Honestly… I don’t know, I practice, I shoot competition but still I don’t know if I could draw and land a hit one handed that far

That was incredibly FAST
Can't get killed if you isolate yourself in your room
What did he say on young guns "take your medicine kid".
When the kid is laying there like that, I just felt so sad…… that he wasn't dead in a pool of his own blood
Lesson learned for this punk kid. Hopefully he turns his life around. If he doesn’t there’s another would be victim that will gladly shoot him again
Given all the circumstances, seemed to be one hell of a lucky shot.
Honestly YES!
Training Training Training !
I don't think I would have gotten a hit under those circumstances.
Brazil is hell on earth.
Where’s the video the guy took of that kid on the ground?
This guy clearly know whats up in Brazil. He probably never has his hand off his pistol.
I watch so many ASP videos that another day I said to my girl "Shake that ASP, babe" and things got weird. Then I said "Never mind, I'm outta Brazil…"
I have a really good defensive video from jamaica, how can i send it to you?
more than likely the kid was hit under the arm on the left side…
Little shit
He would have had a double tap in his ass plus one… train like your the 3rd monkey going up the ramp to Noah's ark and it's starting to rain…
I need more practice.
I'm confident the guy got a lucky shot.
