I disagree that the cop innocently mistakenly thought he pointed the gun at him. Cops often lie to justify their actions. Not saying that I have a problem with this turd being scrubbed from the earth.
So if someone else is carrying a gun police are allowed to murder them? That is your justification? Do you ever actually think or listen to yourself? For someone who advocates for everyone to carry guns this seems like a real slippery slope.

I wouldn't have taken the shot. Seeing a gun on someone isn't sufficient justification to shoot them. Maybe it was a justifiable shoot when you factor in the backstory and other details of the case, but this video itself doesn't provide sufficient justification.
