The special guy in the gray hoodie why do you have a complete mask covering his whole face that look like to me he was up to no good I don't know in my opinion I think anybody probably would have pulled there are tools out of panic. Ain't nobody perfect but I believe in a tight situation like that and as you see the guy in the black was cornered he had nowhere to go so he did what he had to do up under a panic situation
I don’t think there are any good guys here, but depending on the state I also doubt the guy in black would be convicted. Displaying the gun isn’t smart but isn’t illegal in my state. The other guy aggressively approaching while making furtive movements as if to pull a weapon is enough to make a conviction for the use of deadly force highly improbable in my area, if the Sate even bothered to try. That said, same scenario in New York or Illinois you’re definitely going to prison. Knowing your jurisdiction, what kind of cops, prosecutors, and likely jury pool will evaluate your case, is really important. Actions that might get you a pat on the back from a Florida Sheriff will get you sent to prison in blue northern state.
Can a tourist pew pew random USians? If threat is a reason… USians are a threat, they carry and pew pew. 🤣 Visit gun range and start pew pewing, "They had guns, I felt threatened., what if one goes nuts.." 🤣 Soon US will be red listed for tourism.
Chickens shouldn't own guns, they feel threatened by everything. Then again I guess perfect reason to carry though, scared and weak, need protection from something other than yourself. 🤣
It does help me understand why more will carry, in case dude is carrying. More guns folks, shuld put AI outside with guns. Protection. Might run into a weakling who feels threatened.
