The saddest part is the suspect was just a child. He was going to college and wanted to be a doctor. He was actually just surrendering the rifle to the po-lice but the cops were so rasis, they just gunned him down.
man i just applied for philly police and this is scary as hell…i have a ccw and to imagine arriving on the scene as an officer and someone with an assault rifle giving me rounds like that is horrific… shout out to them for grasping the situation and cancelling that maniac…
