it took her forever to get her weapon up even after her partner shot the guy. and she just stood there. and looks like she could have gotten her weapon up when the guy was holding onto her. pure panic. she has no business in that line of work. and i mean no disrespect by my comment.
Holy crap in every video with female officers they completely lose it. I understand maybe not every single one but the vast majority of them just freak out. This particular officer did a TERRIBLE job absolutely TERRIBLE job. She broke every single rule of a stop. Thank god her backup got there and this guy didn't pull the trigger right away. Not just that I have to say it, she is in horrible shape and you can see that it hurt her. Had she been in shape she should have been able to have dominance over him with the position she had. Her panicking and screaming also escalated things. She should be taken off duty shes a danger to herself and the community as a police officer.
It would be wise to be in good physical condition when you are facing criminals on a regular basis and as demonstrated they dont care if you have a badge or what not. Dont be a liability to yourself, your family who is depending on you, or other coworkers. Find another job or transfer departments, better yet hit the gym.
We all react differently to a life and death situation. I see like this, if she didn't scream, she, along with her partner could had been killed. That dude definitely had the opportunity of surprise to his advantage. Good thing she grabbed his gun and screamed which gave her partner time to react and do what he had to do to save them both. For those who will say, "I would had done this…" And "I would had done that…" can just save the garage. No one knows how they'll act in a life and death situation when everything goes down within a split second.
it's pretty satisfying to watch somebody threaten a cop with a gun and get shot. Sad though as i believe most cops don't want to have to shoot/kill people.

Lets face it, the guy in the car could have pulled the trigger the moment that barrel was facing the officer.
That officer should be graveling at the feet of her gods in appreciation he didn't.
He waited to be shot himself.
