What the shame is, is that this “law” is no longer is NOT a “law” in every
state. It used to be though. But like MANY of the RIGHTS we all USED
have, they were lost during late 60’s onwards by hiding inside GIGANTIC
Bills and such. I’d bet that MOST (90% or more) Americans NEVER EVEN KNEW
that secretly behind the scenes Rights and Laws such as Castle Doctrine and
the like (such as using whatever was at hand (.eg a firearm) to
defend oneself from an ILLEGAL search or seizure from a public servant
without a WARRANT or JUST CAUSE (see: 4th Amendment)) were being stripped
away until it was TOO LATE to do ANYTHING about it.
Seeing that the State of Indiana has remembered just WAS written in the
U.S. and State Constitutions gives me some hope that all is not lost
yet. But we as a Nation have so very far still to go in regaining what
once was ours in the FIRST DAMN PLACE!
I URGE EVERY AMERICAN TO READ our Constitution, The Bill of Rights, and all
the other documents that led to our Founding Fathers putting ALL they had
on the line so that all of us could live in peace and freedom.
Somewhere long ago, MANY in POWER here in OUR OWN country, had decided that
since they had all the gold, they would make the rules. So these GREEDY,
EGOCENTRIC FUCKS bought up elections, installed lap dogs to become their
face’s “BEHIND THE EVIL”. $$$ can make many the weak-minded do the bidding
of their “PUPPET MASTERS” so that in these shadows, the rules were
being made in secret before the rest of us could stop them from carrying
them out.
What keeps this country from going totally over the edge though is that the
“Flame of Freedom” is something not easily put out. The SILENT MAJORITY
can be suddenly awoken from it’s sleep, and when it is, all hell breaks out
towards those who try to oppress us…
Just like it did in 1776…
So to those in power today, that willfully usurp their power to their own
devious ends, we are NOT dead… we are only sleeping, but many already
have begun to wake to the troubles we are facing today…

home without you inviting them or a search warrant then you have a right to

Any law abide citizens should have the full legal right to protect himself
and his family when law enforcement officers broke the law and trespassing
illegally with use of force. US is a police state. Although, there are many

This has been law since the bill of rights was signed. Cops, politicians,
and federal agents were never exempt from this law in the constitution. Any
laws written after the fact that contradict the constitution is null and
void anyway. All the new law is, is a reaffirmation of what our rights have
been since the united states was founded. Obviously, the way the government
and it’s agencies are, you would get arrested, convicted, and have to fight
all the way to the supreme court to win.
