Well, so long as police don’t unlawfully enter people’s homes then they
don’t have anything to worry about here. On the other hand, anyone who
enters someone’s home illegally SHOULD be afraid of consequences including
being shot, and police officers don’t get some free pass which makes it
magically okay for them to do so without consequences up to being shot.
Just because they are paid to enforce the law doesn’t mean they are immune
to it.
All states should have this law to keep the cops in check. I have been
saying for years that the cop should have some short of checks and balances
for them beside for internal affairs cause that is just not enough.
Maybe police and other “law enforcement” will remember their place. We have
become sitting ducks to incompetent, corrupt and criminal minds at work in
these agencies under the auspices of “to serve and protect”. We’ve all seen
the videos and read the reports of police behaving like terrorists by
bursting into homes, brutalizing the people, sometimes shooting and killing
them, shooting their dogs and its not even the right house!! Never any
repercussions, no apologies, nobody punished. Anytime you give a person who
is usually a bully and coward, a gun and a license to kill with the force
and protection of the govt behind them, they will abuse it. Ive always
strongly supported law enforcement, but as more and more brutality and
“mistakes” happen, Im no longer sure who to trust.

offices kill or hurt for no reason. They are should be keeping us safe from
