She is wrestling this guy on the ground and wants to investigate a possible crime. He has a gun, she sees that and ke keeps lying about it. Why wouldn't she just take his gun and if not guilty, give it back?

If you cross the road where the government hasn’t approved your 2A rights will be infringed. Sounds like back the blue maga country laws

He survived so he’s just made sure every police encounter he’ll have for the rest of his life will not end well for him

@SoCal780 says:

“I don’t have a gun” then immediately pulls out a gun and starts firing at officers. 🙄

John, why didn't we get to see what happened before she made contact at the point this video started? it's 3AM the time is irrelevant there were no other cars or people around you tell us he turned into the middle of the road right in front of the only car on the road at that moment so suddenly as a matter of fact that the cop stated she almost struck him? Are you telling us that there was no video recording of what happened before the guy is first seen standing next his bicycle (equipped with a rear blinking light) on the sidewalk, this guy must have done a jackknife turn at the worst moment? you don't think he saw, heard and knew that the only moving car on the road rolling up behind him was a cop? I thought for sure I heard her shoot him several times leading up to him breaking free from her grip? just before he started to run away from her but didn't get far before multiple arriving backups closed in on this bike rider's position each of which did open fire striking the victim in the back. yes, I said Victim because that is what this video shows me. she was obviously casing dude riding his bike at "3AM" and couldn't resist the urge not to fck with literally the only other living soul in her sight moving away from her direction? she is insanely lucky she didn't herself get "filled in" John, Mike and Steph just because you believe that 3AM is a "Stupid" time for anyone to be outdoors and depending on the location in question that may very well be true but last time I checked the time of day or night is totally irrelevant because it is legal therefore regardless of what time it may have been should never alone be enough to raise suspicion never mind that this was the cause for this pursuit to start with which in fact gives us no right to label anyone as being “Stupid” because that in itself should be considered “Stupid” now with all that being said please make no mistake about this I love you guys and your channel very much and I would like to say this on the record that I myself am not on anyone’s side criminal or law enforcement neither side of these entities hold any weight with me only my life’s experience does and each situation is unique and should each be judged separately apart one to another and the truth is always true and it’s sharper than a double edge sword never be stereotypical toward anyone for any reason ever!

Do they specifically deal with whining in training? I mean holy crap that was rough!

@clinteastwood4704 says:

as the Rule say:
STUPID PERSON DOING STUPID THINGS AT STUPID TIMES!!!!!!

@tokyworld says:

normally I'd be defending his 2A right. But the way to go about things are pretty easy. Dont be intoxicated while having a gun in your person, tell the officer you are armed and will obey any commands. "I am armed/am CCW if this applies, what do you want me to do next?"

@lifeisacoustics says:

SHE DID NOT HANDLE IT WELL! Escalating on first contact without backup in sight. If she does that often she will be dead soon. Tunnel vision is bad

@colt2206 says:

Betting he is not a legal citizen and that he was out roaming on his bicycle robbing people

@tommyboy518 says:

Must be a stop and frisk state
