"big boy rules, biscuit in the basket, room temperature challenge" Sometimes you're hard to take seriously

Sean Middaugh says:

I have to agree with the suppressive fire theory. Regardless of the outcome, altho thankfully the only injury was on the bad guy.

My issue is the blatant militarization of the police force. I'll admit I've got some reading to do to verify but I thought this was in the Constitution.
Like, Police are not supposed to be armed in certain ways, militarized engagements with the civilian population. Armored vehicles with large caliber/military grade weapons.
???????????

If someone can verify this, can we then have a practical conversation about where these police forces should be forced, by the Constitution, to draw a line. There's got to be a limit in their allowable use of force, and I DO NOT agree with anything in this video.

If they want combat, they can swear in, in the armed forces just like us veterans.

And before a conversation starts I think I should imply, this is NOT any defund the police rhetoric.
Anyone who feels that's a solution can kiss my ass already.

That's not what I'm saying at all. I'm saying where's the dividing line?

Adam Williams says:

Take the bald guy off ur show jon he is an asshole/punk cop

EdCas says:

It's possible the officer loose the opportunity to put the first shot then the bad guy start shooting just with the hand over the window… at this time it can be suppression fire or he was trying to shot the bad guy through the wall cause he was concealed ..

The Dude says:

Slow is smooth. Smooth is fast.

ravedisc says:

Be patient in a hurry.

Veil says:

At least she lived, but she completely ate shit jumping out that window.

Stephen G says:

That's why the 5.56 was created in 1960s ! High cap mag , controlled under auto! Spray enough lead and round one might hit something! 3 round Burst !

The Clever Conquistador says:

Awesome use of skills by swat, but why does NYPD get to have 30rnd capacity magazines but the people can't? Does the constitution not apply or there or what?

Morgan Anderson says:

What is that big blur for?

D M says:

Nice catch THUMP!!!

D M says:

That was not suppressive fire that was blind fire!!!

Gorilla Pro Customs says:

Another great video. Thank You.

For christs sake, most gun owning civilians are better shots than these guys, what a freaking joke of marksmanship, I would have done a far better job, i know all my buddies would have also, and these are the " trained professionals" some think should be the only ones to have guns, worst police force in the nation

David Barnhart says:

So, first of all a woman jumped from the second story onto an A/C unit and has to be covered by the officer with the shield. So the bodycam officer has to practice muzzle control and then raise his weapon up and expected to get the first shot on target while receiving gunfire from the perp. I saw some from the perp deflecting off the pavement near the officer. I think that maybe a high expectation from an officer that has very limited training opportunities with that weapon. I believe this was a hurried analysis as I would have expected to see John stop the video when the perp shoots to show the timing. Also, the one officer was positioned near the door. He wasn't expected to cover the window, so his shots were basically cover fire for the officer protecting the woman. I usually like the analysis, but this one was analyzed poorly.

Maeros says:

"Take your time in a hurry"
We have very similar line in Czechia: "Pospíchej pomalu" (loosely translated: "Hurry slowly"

Tommy Sands says:

NY is one big cesspool

mrmichael20 says:

I have a problem with a SWAT member missing 29 shots lol

FranksStuffForSale says:

NYPD has a long history of poor training and a very low hit ratio, unless it comes to innocents, they shoot them often enough. Do you recall the encounter where they missed the bad guy holding the revolver but managed to shoot three bystanders?

JOSH WIN says:

I can guaranteed that I will never missed the target with that closed range on an AR-15 even without the telescope.

KarinaTheDreama says:

Yes; i think he shot below the window to ensure he got the perp not anyone else.
I guarantee u she is praying u het him & promise u she’s devastated to know u didnt put a kill shot in him.

Giancarlo Carvalho says:

Living in commie NY sucks. These poor guys aren't getting the funding or training they need, criminals are running around rampant, mean while I cant carry a gun outside my home even though I probably train 5-10x more than these guys do. NY is the upsidedown world, do not visit this place.
