I disagree. You can use an airgun for self defense. First, as you said one
may think, it’s real and second you don’t want to get shot even with an
airpistol as it hurts badly. You can even kill someone with that by
shooting into the eye or throat. It’s all about the shot placement. And
still if the shooting power is not enough for stopping someone, then you
can still punch him. It will give you an advantage in the fight 😉 Anyway,
it’s better than just using your fists or other stuff 😉 Watch some videos

American police will shoot dogs that make noise, and often shoot people
reaching for things, (IE, unbuckling a seat belt)

they absolutely wanted to kill you then you can do the same to them,
likewise if they had a gun and you happen to own one legally then you can
use them. I wouldn’t recommended using a weapon, a baseball bat is
perfectly fine unless they have a gun, in which case, you’re fucked.
mike, in canada, if your life was in danger and you shot them you would
still get charged with murder/manslaughter. it’s very likely that would get
acquitted, but the system is set up is a way that obliges the police and
prosecutor to charge and prosecute you.

even sure I would go for them if faced by an intruder. If you bring a gun
to a fight you take it to a whole other level – where people can get
killed. Are you really prepared to become a killer? Depending on the
situation I might have a gun at the ready, but I would never ever brandish
it. Statistics show that most intruders scram if they know they are
detected. If they are armed, they are more likely to shoot at you if you
constitute a lethal threat youself. Owning guns for self defence are self
defeating – espescially in a society as a whole. Therefore I support gun
laws like in Canada or my home country of Norway. It makes sence that you
may only acquire pistols for target shooting. A weapon’s intended purpose
will also reflect its philosophy of use. Norway is pretty high up on the
list of guns per capita, but have v v few gun related deaths. I agree that
guns don’t kill people – but intended use does.
There is no law nor penalty I’m worried about when it comes to protecting
my family. If their lives are in danger, you best bet the intruder is going
down.
I like my laws here in North Carolina. We have the Castle Doctrine here.
Your home is your castle, if someone invades it (not uncle Joe), you can
shoot them, no questions asked, no bullshit I wonder why they are here, are
they going to hurt me or my family. BAM! We’ll talk after the shotgun

into the house, the son came out of the bedroom and took him down and then
the burglar sued the guy for back injuries…..

If I shot someone with my pellet rifle with special hunting pellets and I

with your trapping license here in Ontario you get the ability to carry a
handgun while trapping
in canada u cant use pistol for home defence, so if u shoot people who
