Ice Shooting In Minnesota: Was This Self-Defense?

This isn’t about politics. This isn’t about ICE. It’s about self-defense. Video shows a woman accelerating her vehicle toward a federal officer during an ICE operation in Minnesota. On ice. With limited traction. Seconds to react. Intent matters less than actions — and momentum doesn’t care what someone meant to do. Watch the full breakdown for context, law, and why self-defense isn’t clean or cinematic. 👇 #ICEShooting #SelfDefense #UseOfForce #Minnesota #PoliceUseOfForce #LawAndReality #ViralVideo 2A https://bit.ly/2CHLudt Join Our 2A Membership Club here on YOUTUBE and get these perks: ➡️ https://www.youtube.com/@colionnoir/join Join MY Exclusive 2A Advocacy Text List while AUTOMATICALLY being entered in our monthly 2A Giveaways ➡️ https://bit.ly/3FFLHJi Let’s Go Brandon Merchandise ➡️ https://bit.ly/3EbcXP8 Get UnApologetically 2A Content In Short-Form On YouTube & Help Protect The Second Amendment ➡️https://www.youtube.com/colionnoirshorts?sub_confirmation=1 FREE BOOK – If I Only Had One Concealed Carry ➡️ https://www.mrcolionnoir.com/start-here/ PRO 2A Message Hats In Trucker, Dad, Snapback & More ➡️ https://shop.mrcolionnoir.com/collections/hats Looking to help further our Pro Constitution, Pro 2A message, donate below: https://www.MrColionNoir.com/donate/ UnApologetically 2A Content Content On Other Platforms: Twitter – https://twitter.com/mrcolionnoir Instagram – https://www.instagram.com/colionnoir/ Facebook – https://www.facebook.com/COLIONNOIR/ Gab – https://gab.com/ColionNoir Truth Social- https://truthsocial.com/@ColionNoir Youtube Shorts – https://youtube.com/colionnoirshorts?sub_confirmation=1 #2ANews #ColionNoir

New footage has been released

She 100% instigated this

Meaning, at best, she was going to get arrested.

That's at Best.

@erikhoff5010 says:

You are, unfortunately for her, correct. Her actions fed the results.

@LSTECH76 says:

You're just making excuses for wrongdoing. No weapons were pointed out—there was no threat to anyone. Police could've shot the tires, but this was an execution of a civilian, not any government or state protocol. It's plain murder. If police abuse keeps pushing people, civil war will happen. I hope it doesn't—the people are bigger than any government.

Fair analysis.

@Aperko0 says:

I saw the body cam POV angle and she actually HIT him, you can hear the bumper smack his plates.

@papadre70 says:

Brother Colin you still trying to appease them Folks .its clear that officer Ross killed her because he overreacted out of hatred and fear. She turned her wheels towards the right .trying to avoid him and the other officers .She did not deserve to be killed. Brother Colin soon they will come for people who look like us
And as much as you believe in the 2nd amendment. They believe that you should not have that right to bear arms.a line has been drawn. Are you with your own or them folks 🤔 who cant stand the Very sight of you.

@DenaliRice-e7d says:

He pulled off an incredibly fast accurate shot while being hit by a vehicle accelerating through him.

@praductjunior1519 says:

Well, let’s not ignore that fact that she was an ‘ICE Watch Warrior’ who was trained to monitor and resist federal agents. Knowing this fact chances a-lot of this discernment.

@matthewdancz9152 says:

The bodycam footage tells a story of an enraged woman who didn't care about the safety of the people asking her to exit the car. A justified shooting in an attempt to arrest a fleeing violent criminal.

@robertjones1752 says:

OK, so clearly none of y’all seen the video that was taken by the officer that took this lady‘s life. He had his cell phone in one hand and his gun in the other take a look at that video and then we can you know come back to this situation because this whole narrative is ass backwards

@ketchman8299 says:

Well broken down Sir.

@DeaconpraX says:

Yes it was self defense

@michaelblount5690 says:

Great analysis, but, is there a policy in place for law enforcement when it comes to positioning yourself on a stopped vehicle? If so, then there should be a procedure or process to follow. My question would be, did law enforcement fail to this procedure? Which if followed there would of not been any self defense needed. There have been country wide policy changes, but not all police departments follow the changes per their discretion. Example, when there is a high speed chase law enforcement will not chase due to danger to others and themselves. Just curious if this goes to court will this question or policy be addressed as well as firing at a moving vehicle. There is a lot to dissect for attorneys and legality. Sad all around that this has happened.

@HouseNoir says:

You left out the party where she backs up. Why?

@DerpASherpa117 says:

The officer's camera very obviously makes it clear that he was struck by her vehicle as she tried to zoom away. Her intention to hit the officer or not was irrelevant at that point as she hit him anyway after blocking traffic and being told to get out of the car multiple times.

@Death_By_Saiyan says:

doesnt matter what anyone thinks. A badge told you to STOP!!!! and even children are expected to do as they are told. Adults should be even more expected to DO AS THEY ARE TOLD!!!!

@tonypatrick says:

They're both in the wrong. She shouldn't have been there in the first place, she should've complied.

That said, wouldn't it stop being self defense when he's out of the way and shooting from the side? If a robber pulled a gun and I shot them, then they dropped their weapon and I shot twice more when they were facing away with no weapon towards me anymore, I'm not sure that would fly as defense.

@Drought50 says:

Self defense

@carystarke8000 says:

Unsubscribed

@fredpeterson926 says:

Play stupid games win stupid prizes

@pcoc8694 says:

I agree she should have listened, and complied. But let's look at the officer, why in the hell would you create a situation with one outcome? The policy should be to try to avoid escalation and getting in front of that vehicle is just stupid. If the ICE agent got in front of the vehicle, they could have picked her up later and she would still be alive. I absolutely don't agree with her not complying, but citizens get killed or injured all over the country by the police in most situations whatever they say or make up is justified whether it truly is or isn't. They need better training.

@malachiviloria9145 says:

5mph or 20mph she drove her car into a police officer after they commanded her to exit the vehicle. she did the exact opposite

@HyperScorpio8688 says:

They also edited out the audio of the wife saying "Drive baby drive" from most of the footage to drive the narrative home.

@ron3676 says:

Obviously she should have just got out of the vehicle. BUT ICE OFFICERS ARE TRAINED TO NEVER WALK IN FRONT OR BEHIND THE VEHICLE,,,SO WHY THE HELL DID HE WALK IN FRONT OF THE VEHICLE. AND HE SHOT HER 3 TIMES IN THE HEAD/FACE. ,,,,,
GUN HAPPY OFFICER. BAD DECISIONS.

@Aussieknuckleheads says:

They didn't have any other option, a car is a deadly weapon & she drove it at the Officer.
