Nice underarm throw, certainly gets the attacker right out of the way, if you use your waist to turn, that's were the power comes from, just think about getting rid of attacker
Be careful of the law too. Last thing you need is defending yourself in court and trying to explain why you involved yourself in a fight. I'm not saying don't ever break up a fight, just that you need to think about the consequences first.
0:22Gotta be careful with grabbing from behind and lowering your upperbody I think your lowerback can take a lot of pressure and weight from the struggle with the guy on top there might be a chance you can injure you lower spine like a slip disc injury
If you smack behind the back of the head like one of those cheap shots there might be a chance you could kill him
