Popcorn? Cmonnn, I love my 2a but that was bs and he should probably go sit behind concrete for the rest of his life, just saying. Rules are rules lol.

Dez says:

Over popcorn thrown? Should have been charged

NoRevolution105 says:

Act like the Justice system is infallible….. 😂

Anthony newman says:

Only a cop could get away with killing a person for throwing pop corn at them!! How many times you going to tell us he was set free?? Pop corn now considered deadly threat? Different rules for thee then me!! By the way my POM spray saved me from a dog attack a week ago!! good stuff!

youubik says:

Obviously not justified deadly force. Throwing popcorn at someone is not a deadly threat

Jo Go says:

For pop corn?
He's not guilty?

Yet I get put in a box for smoking a J?

Fuck outa here

Zir Adventurer says:

Kinda doesn't matter he wasn't "guilty." My man's was over 65 when it happened then took EIGHT years to adjudicate. He's damn near 80 something now, probably not much time left on his ticker anyway.

MelodicProgressiveHouse (MPH) says:

"How was the movie?" " Idk. I killed a guy who wouldn't not put his phone away. He had it coming as I told him to put his phone away many times and even called the manager on him. He threw my popcorn at me so I killed him".

travis meyer says:

It's was justified all the way, you hit ME with a bowl of popcorn and I'll blow your skull out the back of your head.. wether it was a bowl of popcorn or not it is justified if you believe the person was threat and STILL this guy totally was a threat.. I would count popcorn if used as a weapon it would be A ENVIRONMENTAL/DEBREE BASED weapon which in my terms means popcorn can be used as a distraction IN THE TIME OF ATTACK and then immediately be able to attack he guy after because popcorn is all over the place and he would almost be too focused on he popcorn flying instead of he fists flying.. well that's why buddy here (and honestly what I would have done too) immediately pulled his gun and shot him.. justified all the way..it's only a shame that the guy wasn't killed

bruno conco says:

This guy looks like he is itching his fingers to use his gun. Just keep provoking the guy until he does something to him and gives him the opportunity to shoot.

Bill Clifton says:

Do you think, if he wasn't a retired cop the same verdict would of came back. I don't think so.
