Lady in the ford, definitely wrong time to go get gas. Good thing she didn't get hit in the cross fire.

Guys in orange is the type of person to pull a gun on anyone who steps on his shoes, know a few like that, always looking for a fight or a reason to fight.

Shilodog Smith says:

I know that most people in the U.S. think nothing like this will ever happen to them because they're immortal.  But I won't buy a car that has the gas tank opening on the 'wrong' (right) side of the car.  Why take the chance of getting caught on the opposite side of the car?  The door may be locked, there may be something between the seats (like a gear shift or storage unit) that would slow you down if you did  have to get away in a hurry.

Cole Cooper says:

Not to be a keyboard quarterback/warrior… but i think this was INCREDIBLY RISKY from the defenders standpoint. He's lucky he didn't get shot in the head. In addition. He didn't protect the passenger who was hopelessly exposed throughout the course of the gunfight. Ideally… and dont take the word "ideally" lightly… bc i understand it's rarely ideal… however.. when he recognized the threat (gun) when the perp was still in front he could should have engaged thru the windshield. It would have concealed his draw as well as given him more cover (engine block). Just my 2 cents. Take it with a grain of salt if u wish… take some courses people… this stuff happens fast. "A threat is foolish. If someone is worth threatening, he is worth killing."
