Make this steps with longer period of time between them and only advancing for the next step after you correct all the little details, repeat for 1 hour and you have one of my sensei lessons.
In a school fight (without guns and knives because I don't live in America & England☠️) this genuinely can humble the guy against you. Only if you're skilled enough tho.

Much easier to learn a simple 1 – 2.. who's going to try this if they don't already know how to fight?
