Is it considered resisting why I am being detained ? The guy was confused by the officers command, I feel like that was a bit excessive use of force. It went from 0 to 100 real quick.
this is def a dope ropin rodeo! but im not entirly sure that johnny law was conducting himself as a sane sober moral and good officer..i feel like he was mad he got called out to this bs so once he felt the tinyest bit of resistance from our drunkerd gentleman he used it as an excuse to get hands on..we literally see it day in and day out on these kind of videos …id sue for excissive force and assult..not agreeing with the drunkerd eaither he prob had his ass whoopin comin
The cop used unreasonable force right there John. There is no reason to push him to the ground as hard as he can just because he didn't immediately place his hands behind his back in order to ask a reasonable question.
So you're saying 2 guys physically beat up a person with a weapon and that person pulled out a gun for self defense( how is the guy supposed to know it's over? they attacked him he doesnt know what their intentions are, then that person calls the cops and the cop punches the victim?? the guy DID NOTHING to make the cop punch him like that. I fully understand to NOT call the cops for help after watching this. IDC if hes drunk or not, he did nothing wrong. FUCK YOU @Active Self Protection for advocating this kinda assault to citizens, LEGIT FUCK YOU. I'm not against cops either, but this is 100% unnecessary This actually upsets me a lot, i think it might be a good idea for us to talk ( my point of view 'a normal citizen' to your ''cop POV' of this. idk man this whole thing upsets me sooooo much
Question John and ASP members please chime in My grandchildren had a luncheon at school with grandparents. You go eat lunch with your grandchildren but you can’t take a weapon on school grounds. What are we supposed to do. Not pack. Pack undercover. Or don’t go. I went unpacking and felt helpless. Next time I’m packing undercover. Anybody please chime in. Thanks.
