And how do you let the police know that you are an intervening Good Guy so you don't get shot? How do you let them know when they're screaming in to a situation where nothing is clear? Verbally? Lots of shouting going on when they arrive. Would they think you're trying to fake them out b/c you're actually a Bad Guy? Hand motions? Wish I could see more on camera of the finish of this…
The only way I would stay and fight is if my family was stuck in that room and we couldn’t get out cause of assholes. If Im alone then I would shoot the nearest target of opportunity or bad guy blocking my escape route. I’m fairly mobile so I would shoot and scoot out of that room, but I suppose nobody really knows what will happen or change your plans on the fly.
The father did a great job protecting his family. First he used himself as a human shield, sacrificing himself for them, then when he saw an opportunity, he slipped them away out of danger. I am glad he did not have to actually sacrifice his life, but his willingness to do so shows strong paternal instincts.
@ 06:08 it seems like the Scumbag by the entrance was going to shoot that Policeman, in the back ……………………….. He was lucky that the Good Guy, in the red shirt, was covering his 6 !
I honestly believe that if you are a security guard and rely of the lousy training most states ask you to take to get your open carry permit, and not take any form of real gun training (such as tactical training), when sh!t hits the fan chances are you will not be really physically, mentally, and will lack the skills to handle the situation. You are more likely to make a mistake and get injured, killed, or in legal hot water. Tactical training classes can be expensive (200 to over 1,000 or more dollars for a class) but they are worth it and can save your life and that of others.
These were 7 illegals committing robbery and were heading back across the border after, but were all stopped by law abiding 3 patriots/ some blue badges! Plus this isn't they're first time coming into the country illegally, and sure as heck isn't they're first criminal offence! Good job All in taking down the bad guys!!! Build that well!!!✌
This is why as a security guard whenever i guard a store i post up with my back against the wall facing the entrance, so i can see the entire room thus see the threat before it see's me. I explain to the clients that standing right infront of the door is the worst position to be in.
This happens all the time here. Mexican nationals cross the boarder to steal or murder drug rivals then flee back to mexico. Whole families get wiped out just because they are 3rd cousins to sombodies drug mule.
I've thought it would be a good idea to have a sort of emergency vest or poncho that is dayglow and boldly labeled "defender" or something similar that could be thrown on in an emergency so you could identify yourself on your 911 call.

I live in McAllen area. The guy in orange was a civilian with chl. And guys were from Mexico they had a pellet gun.
