@JOHNSONman84 says:

This man should have never been hired for the job lots of red flags

@livrebiblioteek651 says:

This happened two streets behind where I used to stay. The guard was protecting a store and that street (Tudhope Street corner Soper Road) is a crime hotspot in Berea, Johannesburg.

I nearly got mugged there right next to those railings during the day.

That store he was guarding had actually been permanently closed due to the constant armed robberies.

Sad story!

@cecillec2331 says:

He wasn't very smart nor vigilant enough, I am sorry to say.

@kylem9933 says:

So they literally shot him for his gun!

@cwavygaming6615 says:

This guy is dumb af. You identify a whole threat hence the need to threaten to draw a gun then you casually turn your back on said threat.. WTF

@slowmo6518 says:

Always keep an open mind, never assume anything

@wellmade4667 says:

WHY did he take his eyes off of them?

@ChalkyDisc says:

These types of guys are gonna take your life away, we live in that world. Train every day. learn every day and learn from this lesson.

@RobWalters-w7x says:

I dont understand the small of the back carry, it literally got him killed

@djridout says:

Imagine killing someone for their gun or for that matter ANYTHING materialistic. I despise these people.

@davidswanson5669 says:

1:12 he’s gunned down at the extract moment that the grocery bag in the background does a twirl into the air. Just a reminder that the world contains so much beauty amidst the ugly.

@PROFESSIONALCRASHOUT says:

I have noticed this myself too. It’s not exactly like riding a bike, more like playing basketball. It’s a skill that can fall off when you don’t practice. I’d stop for a few months , get back to it and my time changed a bit.

@flameofhades8553 says:

This is so sad. Criminals really don’t think like you would expect a reasonable person to think. 😢

@chunt4694 says:

Trying to do that draw with that damn big coat being in the way made it a hell of a bad situation!!

@rflip2547 says:

John is completely wrong. The bad guys drew their guns and waited for the guard to surrender. When he didn't surrender the bad guys shot him. If the guard had a quicker draw time the bad guys would have shot him sooner.

@ultrv_nostvlgia3639 says:

What did he think was going to happen?? Gun would have already been out the holster after they approached me
