The comments never disappoint with the victim blaming,,,,the last two shots ,,,, why did the victim come back,,,,the robbers were going out the door when they were shot in the back,,,,these guys came into a business pointing guns in faces to steal a couple of hundred dollars ,,when you go down that road you give up all your rights to not getting killed in any possible way

John, what do you mean 2.0 draw? I hope you are not saying 2 seconds because 2 seconds is: one one thousand, two one thousand. That is an extremely slow draw.
The last two rounds are a problem. The reason is, a prosecutor might argue manslaughter based on those last two rounds, not being necessary to end the deadly threat. He or she would argue in court that Threat was down. This is the issue I have with those last two. In liberal jurisdictions, for example, you will always have to defend your life in court if you are involved in a deadly shooting.
Also, you almost always will be seen as a bad guy until proven innocent. So the Takeaway here is fire the minimum number of shots necessary to end a threat, and absolutely not a shot more, ever. No I’m not an attorney, this is just my opinion living in a gun hostile jurisdiction. I would like to point out even if you live in a gun friendly jurisdiction, the prosecutor may not be. Therefore, do not increase your legal risk ever, this means that you might have to fire less rounds than you think is necessary, I would tend to mentally draw the line at is the Threat moving, and is the threat holding some sort of weapon? thanks for reading. Unfortunately a good chunk of America, I would argue most, lives in jurisdictions where you must think about that. Thanks for reading.
