The risks Law Enforcement take each and every day. Only have to be wrong once……..

@tsdavid9474 says:

Must've been a blank gun

@derrickdinwiddie8759 says:

I can't tell you how many dreams I've had where I can't hit anything I'm shooting at 🙃

That being said, isn't the saying, "is your life worth my stuff"? I'm genuinely curious, why wouldn't we defend our property with deadly force?

I understand that that is a company truck and I probably wouldn't pull out my gun for the company truck, but my own? I think I would.

I'm genuinely curious and am asking in good faith. Thank you in advance for your response.

@veemontana718 says:

I say this respectfully while playing devils advocate… the man in the car could say it was self defense that he ran over dudes with truck cause he was getting shot at… maybe

@misterbxiv says:

Died defending company property. Oooph. You know if he has a family the company isn’t going to send them a dime.

@Rachmanfan4life says:

You can tell the suspect is a real real POS too.

@TraderNjeX says:

His stress/caveman response was not activated.,

@charlieward5476 says:

If this would have happened at the victims house instead of public would it change your opinion?

@jrvane11 says:

Lot of uncouth comments about the defender. Wow! No matter what, he tried to do the right thing. Whatever mistakes he might have made, he's given us some lessons to learn.

@wesleyhobbs4132 says:

The ending of this is the reason why I have been saying for decades the law needs to be changed, when a person steals a car they should be automatically considered armed and dangerous because that's a 5000 lb lethal weapon under their control….

@wesleyhobbs4132 says:

Such a sad thing to see. All the greats have always said never leave an enemy intact, even if the enemy disengages, and always be prepared for counter attack. Condolences and prayers for his family.

@abdikadirahmed9540 says:

was it a bullet proof glass or what? cause he was shooting at close range
