For one on one fight wrestling is best, and grappling is best for multiple fighters. Being on ground can be deadly so use limited grappling using muy thai is great

Here's the thing. There is only one martial arts everything else came from it directly or indirectly directly from either Shaolin or the southern China royal family and indirectly through Kung Fu (after the Infamous Chinese Boxer Rebellion) karate.(judo, aikido etc.) But none of these ppl who aay the words Martial arts cannot define bc they really dont know it.

Why is Ju Jitsu a good answer? Because Ju Jitsu has many styles and is the basis or influence of many styles of martial arts. It's hard to find a martial art that was not influenced by or based on Ju Jitsu.
