Let’s clarify here, “Kubotan” is a trademarked name that refers to the
plastic keychain created by Master Tak Kubota. Everything else modeled and
imitating the original Kubotan are called “pocket sticks” or “self-defense
keychain sticks”.
I’ve been practicing with the kubotan after being taught how to use it way
back in the early 1980’s. First gen’ practitioner. The techniques that the
instructor here is showing, is great pain compliance techniques. He most
certainly knows this self defense tool well in regards to upper grappling,
wrist and arm holds. The other techniques is using it to augment hammer
strikes to the body. When keys are attached to the end, they can be used as
a flail to the attackers eyes. Even though some people disagree, it is a
one sided yarawa stick, thinner in diameter. The koppo stick based off of
the yarawa as well. Your current day self defense tool that is based off of
the kubuton, is the “tactical pen”. My 2 cents.
I say bullshido to this I own kubotan and if u try to wrist control someone
with two hands u will b punched in the face with their free hand. Use a
kubotan with a pointed end and and use it like a stabbing knife. But be
carefully u don’t get it taken off u and used against u!
That sort of weapon is so effective and you can use just about anything. I
rolled up twelve sheets of paper and was jabbing guys with it and even that
was surprisingly effective at striking nerve points.
Why is the practice dummy, fucking over reaction amd over whelming him

Yo Santa Clause is bad ass!!!
Santa is a good salesman to the naughty. No better way to show the
customer than to … show the customer how much it hurts.

I wish the audio was better. I bought a kubotan myself, 2.40$ on Ebay! Same
material elsewhere online but they sell it 5-7 times as much.
