they could have killed all 3 of them or maybe brought the other 2 in justice. The police car broke down when they are about to chase them. The other officers are in the car, they couls have just went out and start shooting. That officer is the chief of police and the subordinaters were in a car. scared sh*t. haha. how do i know ? coz im from manila.

Its only a matter of time before John analyzes the Cleveland shooting.

SC Rider says:

Cop never gave them a chance to surrender; like that would happen. In USA there would be calls for investigation, trigger happy cops, out to murder boys on the way to church. Cop save his life.

Demitri zolnerowich says:

Great job on the officer

Sean Callanan says:

Omg, 3 guys on a moped! The cop should've been shooting as soon as they stopped!

BIG BOY says:

The last time I was in the Philippines I had the opportunity to have a long conversation with a retired police officer; part of the conversation was about the gun laws in the Philippines. Actually he was a retired police captain, so I have to believe he knew what he was talking about. I don’t remember all the details, I wish I had taken notes, but he was complaining that it was becoming more restrictive and more expensive to own firearms even for him as a retired police officer. I think he was complaining about having to re-register your firearms and pay a fee every so often, something like registering your car here in the US.

The one thing that surprised me the most was when I asked him what it took to get a concealed carry permit in the Philippines. I got that “what the hell are you talking about” look from him; he was totally confused by that question. So I explained to him that in the US it’s not that hard to legally own a firearm to keep in your home for protection but that it took a special permit that in some areas is difficult or even impossible to get to be able to carry a concealed firearm on your person outside your home, in public. He saw that as being totally ridicules. He said that in the Philippines if you can legally own a firearm then of course you can carry it on you, why not?

I would be interested in hearing from those that are in the Philippines to verify what I was told is accurate or not.

Moobs in the states usually means slow.

Alpha1 Omega2 says:

a bit excessive to shoot in the public like that. I agree with you 100% when shooting be very certain you are on target. liability for someone else wrongfully getting injured for his negligence stays with you forever.

Lil Shaith says:

John, that wasn't a ballet move, brother. that was a defensive move to slide himself out of their line of fire should the one or both of the others decide to shoot back.. he slide himself down and behind the rear guy to gain concealment, but also kept his line of fire available. it was actually a pretty sick move…

Chris Chu says:

In PH they have the right to kill drug users and dealers now. Pretty crazy city, about to go back in a few weeks but way saver than anywhere in the states.

MrHeat9 says:

freefatherly says:

3 guys on 1 moped = CRIMINALS

Arnold Ibay says:

because of the heavy traffic in manila, criminals prefer motorcycles for a quicker get away. so, the cities there outlawed what they call riding in "tandem". two males cannot ride on a single motorcycle unless they are father and son.
3 men on one motorcycle obviously got the policeman's attention and they knew they were in trouble by their body language.

the policeman shot first to cover his asp.

C MONEY says:

Aah Philippines, the Brazil of Asia

Pablo Tapia says:

like how the lady in black ran away quickly

Corrupt Jester says:

Hats off the cop. I can't imagine being a police officer in places like that.

Johnny G says:

These videos are addicting!

The Reflafitator says:

I don't blame him either. Those scumbags would have happily gunned him down and fled, and then laughed about it while watching it on the news later that night.
