1 vs 3 Street Self-Defence Analysis: "7 Golden Rules" – Lawrence Kenshin

Check out my new book on striking: www.StrikingTechniques.com This analysis is intended for self-defence scenarios. Even highly trained individuals should try to avoid street fights all together. The outcomes are unpredictable and dangerous. If prevention is not possible, these are tips that will help. Remember that some people in this breakdown are even professional fighters. I am a striking analyst that’s so far focused on breaking down combat sports. I’ve been fortunate enough to have major fight camps, legends, and elite martial artists give testimonials to my work – http://www.lawrencekenshin.com/testimonials/ If you’ve enjoyed this breakdown, be sure to check out my usual work in combat sports. Krav Maga - Panic Performance says:

Such a great Video!

I guess the rules are assorted from the most important and most basic to the very special ones, which are more hard to implement in the Street Self Defense.

I'm totally with you, that the most important things are, not to lose ballance, get right up away and prepare of sucker punches. Always stay moving and keep the attackers in line. That will give you a great chance!

Get Smart says:

Great video mate…yeah, I know I'm late to the party, what's new.
