Video credit: Ashley Smith. Videographer: Marcos Palaez. Just last week, a Dallas PD officer MURDERED a man in cold blood in his own apartment. It took THREE DAYS before she was arrested and charged. This happened just an hour ago at a DART rail station in north Dallas. A passenger shot a crazy guy on the train who attacked him multiple times. Video shows shooter talking to people before the police arrive and then the police taking him into custody IMMEDIATELY DESPITE BEING TOLD IT WAS SELF-DEFENSE BY WITNESSES. He was taken in cuffs to the dart transit police station. Shooter was hit 4 times at least once in the chest by the man he shot. The man was later released by police and the case is being referred to a grand jury. I guess his coworkers can’t investigate themselves and clear him of any wrongdoing. It’s too bad he wasn’t wearing a badge so the police would have given him the benefit of the doubt and actually listened to witness bystanders!! This is egregious how the police treat us when we use a gun, but they can kill us indiscriminately. This is a HUGE comparison of two incidents – one legal self-defense, one MURDER – of how the police get special treatment and benefit of the doubt. This man will now have to hire and attorney and spend thousands of dollars (and a few hours in jail).
