Attitude. Skills. Plan.
My mom was a stay at home mom. The women's who sacrifice career for raising well rounded kids are wonderful and some of the greatest women ever. You gotta be one hell of a woman to be with kids day in day out while your husband is out working. By the time the kids are 13 or older you and husband can start businesses and get back to more playtime together while you finish raising kids.
Regarding questioning the cop, I was reminded of one time years ago in the sense that I did not try to question a cop. Didn't really have the chance but anyway here's the story for those interested: I was driving down a city street with a 30mph speed limit. It was a very straight, well-maintained road. In my youth I had been having fun flooring it and flying down that road at about 70mph. Don't bother telling me how bad and dumb it was, I know. That evening when driving down this street, it was dark enough to where I could only really see headlights in rearview (may have had 5% tint in the back glass which is legal in my state) but it was probably around dusk. I checked my rearview mirror, decided I couldn't see cop-shaped headlights, and punched it. Got up to 50 something, checked my rearview, and noticed that one vehicle out of the rest was staying with me. I kept going (dunno how much I further increased my speed if any, not sure), then as I approached a red light, I slowed down, then stopped. Then a cop pulled up right behind me. No lights. I saw him and became petrified. Light turned green, and as I began to proceed, I pressed the gas oh-so gently and gradually reached 30mph and held it best I could. Cop followed me into my right turn up ahead. I kept proceeding. He then got out from behind me, and turned off on some side street, never pulling me over. Boy was I relieved. I guess he figured out I saw him and his presence wrenched me into compliance. Perhaps he assumed I was a dumb kid who just needed a reminder without the legal trouble.
Interfere with a cop legally doing his job? Get the charges the law-breaker you White Knighted for would have gotten. The purpose of law enforcement is to, uh, enforce the Law. If you're so committed to preventing the enforcement of the Law, then you can take the ride. I want more cops who actually get mad about breaking the Law.
I almost spit water on my phone this was so funny. But the whole time I was thinking that I’d be terrified if I was in that situation while carrying a gun. I’m already slightly nervous when a cop pulls me over because I’m always armed and you never know how the cop is going to react if they ask about weapons and I tell them yes I’m armed and my glocks in an appendix holster. So far they’ve all had no reaction to it. Usually Just a simple joke about keeping mine holstered and they’ll keep theirs holstered. This guy might over react and shoot someone if they’re carrying.
Our police go through so much. On top of stuff like this, they're the ones constantly battling the evil in our communities. A heartfelt thank you to all the LEOs of here. You deserve all the respect as well as those who serve and fight to keep our country safe. Thank you ❤
OMG I Love this Trooper!! Some people just need a good old fashioned ass chewing and I'm pretty sure this guy won't be interfering with law enforcement activity!!
I think you guys are too easy on the officer in this one. The officer was not acting professionally and seemed to be doing what he did as revenge for perceived disrespect. Police powers don’t allow you to detain (seize) a person and destroy their property (repackaged medical marijuana) because they have insulted you. He could have articulated his justification for those actions, but would anyone characterize his actions as REASONABLE in court? At the very least, he should have been reprimanded for unprofessionalism and suspended for a time. What would have happened if he stumbled on evidence of a more serious crime during his search? Could that evidence be suppressed because the PC was not based on upon a reasonable person’s observations, but rather an unreliable hothead?

A cop that can't control his, ego or personal emotions, doesn't need to be a cop!
Trooper is definitely a former drill sergeant/instructor
