I am really confused by youtube rules. They allow the frauditors to swear all they like in their videos but then censor reputable channels like this one. I believe the guy filming was a bully and I wonder if he will continue with this activity now that he has been shot. The tall guy has a menacing look on his face. There is no way this is a prank. Pranks have a humorour element and this is hostile and not the slightest bit funny. As a 79 year-old Canadian female who hates guns, I am not sorry the guy was shot.

MrBanzoid says:

The "prankster" almost paid the ultimate price for stupidity.

Larry B says:

I highly doubt the conviction of the lesser charge will stand on appeal. You can’t decide someone acted in self defense by shooting someone but broke the law by firing the gun indoors. Jury convicted the victim of defending himself.

Antony Harper says:

He said stop and tried to walk away! But he’s still going to prison?

green house says:

his youtube channel is "Classified Goons" and he is still doing stupid things. an evidence was presented at court, of how a menace to society that prankster is. he has harassed thousands of people already. and this time 1 finally got him. there was a time where he pretended to be a security guard and blame an innocent man for stealing. people were watching, security guards came. also even the town sheriff to where the incident happened know the prankster. he is notorious and he has been to his office for so many times. but still didn't learn a thing..

renataendr says:

Im in canada and i personaly dont understand it. But is stuff like pepper spray legal for defence?

indra harmadi says:

The reaction of this bully's parents is even more sickening than the bully himself

MakerInMotion says:

While I agree nobody should be going to this idiot's prank channel, I did and the comment section was hilarious.

L S says:

I have no love of people carrying firearms in public, but frankly – knowing that the person being pranked might be carrying a gun and still doing this anyway – no sympathy. He menaced an innocent person and got shot. Seems like he earned it.

I'm sad that they both live in a society where stupid, nasty pranks are venerated as entertainment and that people feel the need to carry a gun.

The whole thing is emblematic of just how insane the USA has become.

Mvubu says:

Very few places that would not pass the self defense test. There was no threat to life or limb and he had lots of time to warn off the "threat".
He is very, very lucky and people shouldnt use it as an example of when they can start shooting people.

As much as the prankster had it coming, a very dodgy acquittal.

Not sure how there can be a firearms charge if he was entitled to self defense.
I guess it is just classic MERIKA

MrZevv says:

They think ? No… non of the three here is able to think. LOL Unfortunately for the 2 stupid Pranksters.. .they met someon who is on the same level of intellligence. And that is where the Problem starts lol

DellikkilleD says:

the fact this is even a question. fuck around and find out.

And if the shooting was ruled legal self defense the other charge will be overturned on appeal. Im allowed to use my firearm to defend myself, and I am not obligated to inventory if its 'ok' in the particular location, thats idiotic, and whoever brought those charges should get the youtuber treatment

monkfoobar says:

A pizza delivery guy invented the bulletproof vest because he was robbed at gunpoint delivering pizzas.

CreakyCricket says:

I'd like to hear what mental health professionals think about him.

David L says:

Gun society is a polite society. If you disrespect other, corner other, pursue other without reason, you should expect to be shot.

Joe Sevy says:

He only shot one of them, one time. Clearly restrained use of force.

Metric Deep says:

A threat of harm was presented…a commensurate response was the result.

Dws trat1 says:

Pranks are supposed to be funny this dude is far from funny. You dont get up in the face of someone or something bad might happen to the person doing it. You make people fear for their life don't assume everyone you harass wont defend themself

Brent Bauer says:

I have often wondered if the farmers who use to load their shot gun shells with rock salt would be considered self defence?

dmatech says:

As much as I dislike the victim in this case, this was nothing like the Rittenhouse case. The person shot didn't reach for the weapon or otherwise attack the shooter. I'm sure the shooter was confused, annoyed, and at least a little bit scared given how relentless the "prankster" was. You can use appropriate force if you're reasonably scared, but that doesn't apply if you're only annoyed/angry, if your fear isn't reasonable, or the force isn't appropriate. I probably would have jogged away and used less force, but I wasn't there, and I have the benefit of hindsight.

G M says:

I live in Washington State just a few hours from Canada and what I've seen would probably blow your mind. I've seen a 6'5 individual 200+lbs try to throw a woman off an overpass onto the interstate.

DSN says:

Replay crew. The sound here is so good. ❤

Retro Hipster says:

Actually a little shocked that the delivery driver was charged with anything. If you can have a concealed carry it seems to be a little bit of a mixed message to then say you shouldn't discharge it in a public place if you're being assaulted… And I'm not really saying one way or the other that somebody should concealed carry and discharging public, it just seems like a contradiction.😅

Dave Mojarra 2 says:

Shouldve double-tapped.

m b says:

I'll be judged by 12
Rather than carried by 6

m b says:

This case right here is perfect example of why I carry blades
The idiots who are scared of firearms will do ANY AND ALL they can to get rid of firearms and ANYONE who uses them
Even though they said he was justified they still want him to do time
That way they can take his firearms
Run a six inch blade in the armpit and the threat goes away

dein mckluckin says:

Laying a charge against the VICTIM was wrong, they should have changed the YouTuber

GalileonPrime says:

Bully and his side kick were harassing, intimidating, chasing and looking for a reaction.

Robert Lane says:

FAFO plain and simple. They targeted someone they perceived as harmless and proceeded to antagonize him. They then unfortunately discovered that looking harmless and being harmless are 2 very different things. They took the FA part to the extreme and discovered that the FO part always responds in kind.

The guy got what he deserved for being a predator for social media likes. The shooter shouldn't face any charges at all, and it's absurd that he is facing any punishment at all.

John Hankins says:

The you tubber should be in the same prison for as long as the victim'.
