quacks in this compilation but some of the moves are very effective. You
should go to an Aikido dojo and ask them to perform some of these on you.
Some of these instructors should be in jail. The way they show a little
tiny woman getting out of a bear hug from behind is completely wrong.

A particularly weak one was when the girl said being choked was no problem,
all you have to do is break his knee with your bare foot…..NOT!
