This isn't a bad move. The problem is that most women probably aren't strong enough to use it effectively against a grown man. So it doesn't matter. The best defense is either not to be there or have a gun.

2. As far as worst cases can actually happen with people you know, it is also important to not put it as a sentence.

This happened to me outside a church. He strangled me for 15 minutes and said 3 times he was meaning to kill me. I went unconsious. This happened in dover delaware in november of 2024. His name is Asheek Logan and he has priors in new jersey with heroin, guns, and minors. His priors made news in NJ and is googleable. He was arrested- however, his bail and bond are incredibly low since this is a blue state and hes a younger black male at 23. Theres no real justice. Ive been struggling since. His bail was so grossly low it felt like a slap in the face. I dont know if hes gonna get any real punishment either.
Sadly, while this is an important technique, it is likely the man will be much stronger than the woman and may be able to render her efforts useless, so in addition to this, keep screaming loudly and fighting!!
