Women’s Self Defense – Back Against The Wall

This is a basic manouver that can be done when approached in any setting while you have your back to a wall. Always remember to try not to engage and look for help immediately in any of these types of situations, but if need be, you should be prepared with some kind of practiced defense. Constant practice will make any move that much more efficient when performed in a live situation under a surprised attack. http://www.FinalRoundTraining.com http://www.facebook.com/FinalRoundTraining http://www.GoFundMe.com/FinalRoundTraining http://www.FinalRound.spreadshirt.com http://www.youtube.com/FinalRoundTV http://www.youtube.com/FinalRoundProduction

I got attacked twice by the same boy. I'm 5 ft 2 and he was about 6ft. Both times I beat the living daylights out of him.

30 years of martial arts training and teaching self defense…his three women's self defense techniques are SOLID. Ladies, I teach this to those I love. They are VERY trustworthy.

NOK Name says:

That's the problem with women, they came here to learn techniques that could save their lives and all i see is "OMGGGG she is now his fiancé, OMG sooo cutteeeee!". Stupid women.

Margaret Norman says:

posting the publicly is very risky that men could see them to prepare themselves but I have to take 2 city busses to school now for my senior year of high school and I'm sadly very scared of rape and the videos have helped inform me just enough to feel like I might stand a chance against an attacker tho I wish I had a way to practice against a male to really get a true experience other than practicing with my sister but thank you guys very much for videos like this

Rubyrain says:

Nice tips. The only thing I dont agree with is at the end when he says that a woman cant win against a man in a fight. We may not be physically stronger, but there are definitely techniques out there for smaller people to defeat larger opponents (like jui jitsu). Still it is better to run away if you can.

Cristina Alvarez says:

ahhhh fiance 🙂 ive seen this develop, im so proud

kit Black says:

Thank you so much for these!!! Is there any way you could record some that could be accessed privately by women, perhaps by buying the video or something? I don't know how secure it is but I could never go to a class being in the UK and they are so helpful.

Isabela Franco says:

these are really helpful. thank you so much.

Kimberley Hitchcock says:

Thank you, I know these are great moves. Most men think in terms of fighting off other men and a lot of women think they will be more effective than they actually can be in terms of strength, even with anger on our side. Unless you have actually been properly hit by a man – even smaller men, particularly to head or face – you have no idea how it can take minutes to recover, by which time you are on the floor. The reality is frightening and very different to the movies (tho tis great to see a baddie get his ass kicked by a woman!). I'm going work through all three self defence moves with both my teenage daughters. Do you have classes? Where in UK are you based?
