2 cops there under fire and neither one of the even took out there guns. Both of them with a radio in their hand. What is the point of that? Could be a thousand people on the other end of that radio,it's going to do you no good in this situation Also, dude…drop the American flag bandana and at least take your gun out, even if ya don't use it
They would be all dead IF she was actually aiming! Sorry, I think the cops did a terrible job recognizing what was happening! Took them like 15 secs (according to the video) before they even took some cover! Who just stand around and doesn't at least go to the ground when being shot at???
Yikes. The officer that was holding the piece of paper and his rag should have lit that car up. He literally did nothing. He didn't assess and treat the wounds of the civilian (because, you know, he can't possibly put down that piece of paper) and he never engaged. He knew what had happened because he said "You think she got of the cuffs?" and yet he still did nothing. Those two should be turning their badges in and find something else to do. But you know what, when you run all of the good officers out of LE this is what you get. And it will get worse. No one with half a brain is even going to consider a career in LE right now but they are going to keep filling those slots.
I work for an agency that neighbors Grady County. Apparently the window slider on the cage wasn’t locked, and the button to release the rifle lock on the center console was labeled “GUN”.
