Hey Master Wong. Love your videos but I was wondering. How do you defend fast, strong punches that go to the face, stomach etc. I try to use wing chun but it seems overwhelming when I spar with my brother. His punches are too strong to blocks and too fast to deflect
Why not punch in the face there are knockout points there but your only popose to punch with your front 2 knuckles u punch the last 2 means you will hurt yourself

Me my love in this life is Wing chun. after 12 years of feeling sorry for myself after a Back injury & opp I've finally pulled myself together & started training again. How do you find people to spar with you? The only thing I've got a r e the trees in the mangrove swamp.
I watch your feet and your balance, and you seem to lean forward into your attack. This seems to work well.
