Would you buy car or home insurance from a company with a reputation of denying claims?

@DavidBrown-wo9ip says:

I’ve watched a video with Mr. Branca with John Lovell of Warrior Poet Society from 2019, where USCCA was one of three recommended companies, CCW Safe and Armed Citizens Defense League being the other two. I also watched a video from his own channel from two years ago where he broke down the Giles case. He also mentions how he consulted with USCCA , on several cases that resulted in members being acquitted. Now what I’m asking isn’t a defense of USCCA or a criticism of Mr. Branca. I’ve read his book, and personally listened to him present at Rangemaster Tac Con event twice, and very much respect his legal opinions and insights. Furthermore it does sound like that USCCA has not fairly attributed and compensated Mr. Branca for his intellectual property

So a couple of questions:

1.) Other than the Giles and Collie cases, what is USCCA track record on supporting it’s thousands of members?

2.) If USCCA had an up front clause clearly presented before signing up that they reserve the right to examine the nature of the case, before they provide services, as does Armed Citizens Defense League, would USCCA be absolved of the criticism being leveled at them?

So full disclosure I’ve been a member of USCCA for 10 years, and it bothers me that they don’t have an up front clause regarding services that may or may not be rendered upon review, in the same manner as Armed Citizens Legal Defense Network. So much so, that a year ago, when I first started hearing these criticisms of USCCA, I signed up for CCW Safe. Presently I carry both, but sooner than later one will have to go.

I canceled my USCCA a year ago. Saw some videos talking about how scummy they actually are. Thankfully I didn't need to use their service for the about 6 years I had them. Wish I could get my money back though.

@Tomb-G19 says:

When I cancelled the uscca guy said "I'll be hear if you wanna hear the truth", bro is forced to try and gaslight folk to keep membership😂

@practicalandy1976 says:

To this day Second Call Defense, the originator is so better than all of these including AOR

@tonylittle8634 says:

This validates what I already knew. Great work here.

@alsilverman5084 says:

Copper Jacket TV has also left USCCA.
It will be interesting to see what Colion Nior will do.

@OngoingFreedom says:

Of all the YT videos I wanted to like since YT turned off ‘dislike’ counts, this is one of them. Holding strong though. YT will not receive one like on a video from me until this changes.

That said, Mr. Branca was instrumental in my cancelling my multi-year USCCA membership. USCCA president’s response video was personally offensive, as was my call to USCCA to cx my membership.

Great magazines, terrible responses.

@S2StrategicDefense says:

I know Chip. He's a decent guy. My guess is USCCA fed him a script. He's a good competitive shooter and known in the USCCA community I think. My experience is that he isn't any type of thief.

@daxmafesi says:

I copy and pasted this on that uscca video I hope everyone else does the same so more people can become Familiar with this channel!

@2A.venger says:

You title this video the Truth? It doesn't take more than 5 minutes of a google search to find that Alan Colie was denied bail. That right there destroys your argument on him, along with him getting help by them and was never dropped

@eide99 says:

Ever since I watched that video from USCCA, I've been using those 5 pillars in my civilian self-defense and security use of force classes. Up until now, I'd thought that they had come up with it and have been crediting them with it. That's going to change from here on out.

The other phrase I use is the 'shark tank method' when considering whether or not to defend a third party, which I think may have been used in that same video. If you know where that came from, I'd love to know because I'm sure they took that from elsewhere too.

@einstein3509 says:

What happened to your video titled (here’s the real truth about the LA Fire)

@IanBPPK says:

I wish Colion Noir would get out of the trenches with them and sponsor a retainer based service.

@deadonleprechaun says:

I have been saying this for years about the USCCA.

@XGen_23 says:

I left USCCA and now I’m AOR. I have told all my friends who I recruited to USCCA to move to AOR. All have registered.

@davidshultz9858 says:

Have had USCCA coverage for about 6-7 years now. My membership is due for renewal next month. Andrew Branca doesn't know who Chip Eberhart is. Gimme a break. Mr. Eberhart is a retired Illinoi s State Trooper. Attended a presentation of his in 2017 at the NRA grand opening of their Carry Guard product in Milwaukee. Mr. Eberhart's presentation was probably the best I attended that weekend. For years I have followed Mr. Branca and still do, although not nearly as much as in the past. Literally, I've grown tired of his objective analysis ability. If you're not going to sue USCCA or issue a "Cease and Desist", you got nothing to cry about. Grow up!!!! I'm staying with USCCA

@vandensoforth says:

Fortunately, I took your self-defense "insurance" course so I didn't get caught unaware by all of this.
I'm shocked anyone would try to abscond with your framework! I've given away your book to any friend who gets into firearms and try to keep at least one extra copy on hand because I think that your work is at least as valuable as the weapon to protecting your family.

@Elnegro.. says:

Insurance is a scam

@michaelholt8590 says:

Lawyers need to stop being so expensive. USSCA paid her lawyer $50,000, and that wasn't enough?

@mrdubachery says:

Just curious, if USCCA licensed the book from you, doesn't that absolve them of any responsibility of giving you credit for presenting the content in the book? I can at least see why they would think that to be the case. Thanks for your videos.

@microcolonel says:

I hope Tom Grieves can recover his integrity and reputation. I think he's a very effective communicator.

@slamtheleft says:

I thank GOD that Mr. Atty Branca, Esq. and Heavy Duty Country brought all this to light over time. Incredible stuff. I'm going to go with AOR. I love those guys.
