I'm not 100% certain of this but Arizona law actually states that a jury can still find you guilty of murder even if you can prove you legally shot someone in self-defense so don't think you can kill someone just because you fulfilled all the legal requirements for claiming self-defense.

According to this criminal defense attorney, someone that kicked my door in and has entered my house doesn't necessarily mean that I am in immediate danger. I find it hard to wrap my head around that one.
They should REQUIRE gun owners to complete training on proper use of force, gun safety, and proper storage BEFORE they take their guns home. These 2a cultists are so eager to get to shoot someone, it's disgusting. If you buy a gun HOPING you get to shoot someone you shouldn't be a gun owner.

In Az. The state has to prove you weren’t acting in self defense. If you post signs stating no trespassers that counts as a lawful command. If they don’t comply it shows intent to harm or steal….
Even if it is justified prepare to b treated like a criminal. They take your weapon and place you in custody until its proven that it was self defense.

Why are you using other state events to compare to arizona? Because we’re a heavily 2A state… yes if you break into my home I’m in fear of my life.
