I have become a fan of the liberty civil defense rounds, they're +p and and 50 grain so they're zipping at rifle speeds. All the videos I'd seen of them they perform really well… AND they're so light the EDC gun feels damn near empty. Kind of a pro if you're carrying a micro and want it to be as comfortable as possible for work.

NATO 124 is 1300fps. It’s considered a +p round but maybe that speed is out of a longer barrel or something.
Shootingthebull410 did a great video showing that the Federal HST 147gr is one of the best micro 9mm options. It performed very well in the 3" guns.
