Video shows run-up to deadly Cleveland self-defense shooting
Surveillance video from the now-shuttered Westender Tavern in Cleveland shows Aaron Mason attack Joshua Walker moments before Walker shot Mason in October 2017. Walker was charged with murder and spent 200 days in jail before Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Michael O’Malley’s office dismisses all charges against Walker the morning his trial was set to begin.
I think the charge came because you are not permitted to carry in a Class D liquor permit premises in the state of Ohio. I believe every man has a right to defend himself, so good for him.
