What happened to me last year?
I was maliciously prosecuted for several felonies for pulling my own pistol, on my own property, to defend against two trespassers, one of whom had threatened to kill me and then commenced his attack. Oh, yeah, WHILE I had Covid AND Pneumonia.
Their story differed from mine. I was charged. IT cost me TENS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS.
That was in defending MY OWN LIFE. ON MY OWN PROPERTY. FROM TWO TRESPASSERS. NOT one bit of which matttered in the end.
SO, do I risk all of that to protect someone else? Nope.
I don't even stop to hold doors for women now. Much less help change flat tires.

Kinda thinking this was planned considering the dude had 900 in his pocket and was going to "nap in the car". Maybe I'm pessimistic. Then again this is Cali so if it was random I wouldn't be surprised. Thanks dems.
The way he cut him off was the first indicator. People asking for help or that just want to say something as you pass, dont walk in front of you and block you to do it. People also dont give handshakes to people they dont know randomly. It all happens faster than youd think though. Unfortunately ,He was probably targeted anyway. Said he was sleeping in a car at an "Event".
Funny how if the perp in this situation was a white guy against a black guy it would have made national news and we would hear about it for MONTH'S if not YEAR's! Ya, I said it. I'm beyond sick of the racist society bullshit.
Knowing this guy is walking free today irks me and is terrifying. I hope he tries this on somebody trained and gets fatally punished sooner than later.
